1. Agreement to Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site.

2. Educational AI Disclaimer

MentoraGen utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to provide pedagogical assistance, syntax debugging, and logic mapping for computer science concepts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or technically flawed.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any code or logic provided by MentoraGen before deploying it in academic assignments, production environments, or professional projects.
• MentoraGen is designed as an educational scaffolding tool, not a substitute for formal academic instruction or institutional guidelines.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access Pro and Premium features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

We offer premium subscription tiers ("Student Pro" and "Student Premium") billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. We use Razorpay as our secure third-party payment processor. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us (via Razorpay) to charge the applicable subscription fees at regular intervals until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any price changes affecting your active subscription.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activity includes:

• Attempting to bypass, reverse engineer, or exploit the AI prompt parameters.
• Using the service to generate malicious code, malware, or systems designed to compromise network security.
• Scraping data, automated API harvesting, or utilizing the site for high-volume automated requests without express written permission.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. MentoraGen and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
