MentoraGen provides access to digital software and artificial intelligence services. Due to the immediate computing costs associated with AI query generation, our refund policies are strictly structured.
You may cancel your MentoraGen Student Pro (Monthly) or Student Premium (Yearly) subscription at any time. Cancellation simply stops the auto-renewal of your plan. If you cancel, your premium features will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
Monthly Plans (Student Pro): Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial-month membership periods, unused days, or if you simply forget to cancel before the auto-renewal date.
Yearly Plans (Student Premium): We offer a strict 7-day money-back guarantee for annual commitments. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of purchasing your annual subscription, you may request a full refund. After the 7th day, the annual payment becomes entirely non-refundable.
To cancel your subscription, navigate to the User Profile section in your MentoraGen dashboard and select "Manage Billing."
To request an eligible refund within the 7-day annual window, you must email our support team at support@mentoragen.ai from the email address registered to your account, stating your username and reason for the refund.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately on our end. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
